Fully-compliant staff
Our team of well-trained nurses and disability support workers are dedicated professionals who excel in client care. At Olive Care, quality assurance is non-negotiable, which is why our team members are fully screened to ensure a good fit not only in terms of credentials and experience, but also empathy and compassion. All workers have to complete and pass police checks and working-with-children checks. They are also fully insured and screened in line with NDIS practice standards. Every member of our team is required to remain up to date with NDIS guidelines, such as the NDIS code of conduct.
